Todd Alt – Assistant Chief of Operations, Tampa Fire Rescue

Samuel Peña – Former Fire Chief, Houston and El Paso

Peña is now the Chief of Disaster Preparedness for the Harris County Engineering Department and has a rich background in emergency response and hazardous materials.
