Fort Worth Shooting: Man Accused Of Killing His Uncle

Fort Worth police are investigating an officer-involved shooting on the northwest side of town Thursday night.

What we know:

Police say they were called to the 5600 block of Seafield Lane Thursday around 6:20 p.m. to calls about a domestic disturbance and gunshots being fired in the area.

When responding officers arrived, a male suspect was shot and taken to the hospital.

MedStar confirms it transported one patient in critical condition.

No officers were injured.

What we don’t know:

Investigators have released very limited information so far.

Police did not specify who shot the man or the circumstances surrounding the shooting and the initial call.

It’s unclear if one or multiple officers fired their weapons.

The suspect’s name has not been released.
