DALLAS – One person died and another was critically injured in a crash in the White Rock area of Northeast Dallas early Sunday morning.
The crash happened just before 1 a.m. near the intersection of Ferguson Road and Shiloh Road.
Dallas police say the driver crashed into a brick corner-store sign.
One person was ejected from the vehicle.
One person was pronounced dead at the hospital and another is listed in critical condition.
Police believe speed was a contributing factor in the crash.
The identities of those involved have not been released.
The crash is under investigation.
