Texas Rangers Partner with Victory+ for Streaming Games
DALLAS, TX – Texas Rangers fans will find it easy to catch games this season as they can now utilize the newly established Victory+ streaming platform. This service comes after the Dallas Stars initially launched Victory+ in September, following the termination of their contract with Bally Sports Southwest.
End of Bally Sports Partnership
The Texas Rangers, too, have stepped away from their agreement with Bally Sports, aiming to enhance viewing options for fans beginning in 2025. This strategic move is designed to provide a variety of alternatives for viewing games beyond traditional broadcasting.
Statement from Rangers Officials
Neil Leibman, chairman for Rangers Sports Media, expressed excitement about this new partnership, stating, “The Rangers’ partnership with Victory+ as our direct-to-consumer provider is a tremendous first step as the club continues to finalize our television offerings for 2025 game broadcasts. Victory+ has proven itself over the past few months as a reliable streaming home for several professional sports teams, and we feel Rangers fans will enjoy the familiarity, convenience and simplicity of this service.”
Pricing and Access
While much of Victory+’s content is available for free, there is a cost associated with watching Texas Rangers games. Fans will need to purchase a season pass at a price of $100 to gain access to the games. More information regarding additional viewing options is anticipated to be released by the team shortly.
