Intoxicated Driver Charged After Crashing into Two Buildings

Authorities in White Settlement have apprehended a man following a pair of crashes that left two residents injured. Robin Cristelli has been charged with intoxication assault after he reversed into an apartment and subsequently collided with another building.
Initial Incident: Collision at Foxfire Lane Apartments
The first collision occurred shortly after 5 p.m. on a Monday at the Foxfire Lane Apartments, located on Silver Creek. As per police reports, Cristelli backed into an apartment unit, resulting in significant structural damage and disrupting power to the entire building.
A woman who was asleep on the couch at the time suffered head trauma and was transported to a nearby hospital. Fortunately, her injuries are not life-threatening.
Subsequent Crash: Impact on Another Resident
Following the initial crash, Cristelli accelerated and crashed into a second building within the same block. A male resident sustained minor injuries but was treated at the scene and did not require hospitalization.
Driver Condition and Investigation
Upon arrival, officers found Cristelli unconscious in his vehicle. Visible drugs were present in the front seat, prompting police to administer Narcan to address a potential opioid overdose. He was then taken to the hospital where he remains in police custody.

Cristelli faces one count of intoxication assault related to the woman’s injuries, although he has not yet been formally booked due to his ongoing hospitalization.
