Fatal Three-Vehicle Collision Disrupts Traffic on State Highway 121
GRAPEVINE, Texas – An early morning accident involving three vehicles on State Highway 121 has led to a complete closure of the highway, with significant debris strewn across both directions.
Incident Overview
The crash occurred at approximately 5 a.m. when a northbound sedan collided with a guardrail. This impact caused the vehicle to flip over the barrier into the southbound lanes of traffic, resulting in a catastrophic series of events.
Casualties and Injuries
After flipping into oncoming traffic, the sedan was struck by two vehicles traveling southbound. Tragically, the driver of the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene. Among the other drivers, one sustained minor injuries and was transported to a hospital, while the second driver emerged from the incident uninjured.

The aftermath of the collision left debris scattered across both northbound and southbound lanes, compelling authorities to shut down State Highway 121 at the Stone Myers Parkway exit.
