Texas Counter Fitters Brings Rocktoberfest Back

Inside a sprawling showroom filled with natural stone, something very different is about to happen. Instead of a quiet evening spent browsing slabs, Texas Counter Fitters will open its Richardson, Texas, space to live music, original art, food, drinks, and a community gathering designed to bring people together. Rocktoberfest 2026 is returning as an expanded Art & Music Festival, creating an evening where design, creativity, entertainment, and community meet under one roof.

Scheduled for October 22, the event reflects the personality Texas Counter Fitters has developed beyond its work with stone. The company is known for its extensive collection of natural and engineered surfaces, but its showroom has also become a setting for events that connect designers, artists, community organizations, and local audiences. With Rocktoberfest 2026, that spirit takes center stage through an experience built around music, art, food, and shared enjoyment.

Where Stone & Creativity Meet

Texas Counter Fitters operates a 4.5 acre showroom in Richardson featuring an extensive collection of stone slabs. The company describes the space as an artistic environment where homeowners, designers, builders, and architects can explore materials sourced from around the world. Its selection includes marble, granite, quartzite, quartz, porcelain, onyx, and other distinctive surfaces.

Rocktoberfest adds another dimension to that environment. For one evening, the showroom becomes more than a destination for design professionals and homeowners. It becomes a festival setting where natural materials provide the backdrop for live performances and original artwork.

That combination is particularly fitting for a company whose work is closely connected to creativity. Choosing a stone surface is not simply a practical decision. Color, pattern, texture, scale, and natural variation can influence the character of an entire room. Texas Counter Fitters has built its business around helping clients discover those possibilities, and events such as Rocktoberfest extend that appreciation for creativity into the wider community.

A Night Built Around Live Music

Music is at the heart of the 2026 celebration. The event will feature performances from The Wilder Blue, Angel White, The She, 80’s Last Stand, and Liquid Chicken Combo, bringing together country, rock and roll, and other musical styles for the evening.

The lineup gives Rocktoberfest a broad musical identity while reinforcing its purpose as a festival rather than a traditional corporate gathering. Guests can move through the showroom, experience the artwork, enjoy food and drinks, and listen to performances throughout the night.

The event will also feature cocktails and mocktails, burgers and fixings, original art, and additional surprises. According to Texas Counter Fitters, the result is intended to combine the energy of a concert with the atmosphere of an art party.

That balance is central to the appeal. Rocktoberfest is not positioned simply as an event attached to a business. It is an experience designed to give visitors a reason to gather, explore, listen, and enjoy the creative environment surrounding them.

Community Remains Part Of The Celebration

There is also a deeper purpose behind the festivities. Texas Counter Fitters says the event will celebrate nonprofit partners doing important work across North Texas. That community focus is consistent with the company's broader emphasis on partnerships and community engagement.

The company's history includes collaborations supporting areas such as the arts, education, environmental sustainability, and humanitarian initiatives.

For Texas Counter Fitters, these efforts demonstrate how a showroom can serve a broader role within its community. It can be a place where professionals conduct business, homeowners find inspiration, artists share their work, and community members come together around causes and experiences.

Rocktoberfest brings those elements into one evening.
